OverviewIt is an exciting time to take part in our journey to inspire culture and communities. We are looking for a passionate and diligent multitasker to join our Global Lease Administration Team. This role involves collaborative cross-function working relationships with Finance, Real Estate, Legal, Construction, Procurement, and external parties to achieve fleet optimization as outlined in our Lace Up goals.Responsibilities
  • Supports real estate portfolio management activities and the integrity of data in the Project Tracking repository (Ptrak) and Lucernex (LX) systems.
  • Timely abstracts key data points from Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs) into Ptrak database upon Real Estate Minutes to provide transparency of deals approved across entire Store Development ecosystem.
  • Initiates LX workflows to key stakeholders within Store Development to provide visibility of all deals that may require lease document or termination notice.
  • Assist in the development of LX workflows that will streamline and increase visibility of the end-to-end global store development lifecycle process.
  • Develop dashboard and reporting to provide insights into real estate KPIs.
  • Prepare performance reporting that gives actual results of capital projects versus budgeted.
  • Participate in global meetings related to lifecycle process (inclusive of monthly Real Estate Committee meetings) and issue minutes as required.
  • Real Estate Pipeline program management, tracking and reporting.
  • Understand strategic plans and standards across store development lifecycle process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance or related field) and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, ideally within the Real Estate sector
  • Self-starter with an ability to work both independently and in a team environment and contribute to department initiatives.
  • Demonstrate abilities to proactively prioritize, organize, and manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Ability to understand the problem identification and problem-solving process.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Smartsheet.
  • Proficient in data management and lease administration software packages (knowledge of Lucernex preferred).
  • Able to operate within an evolving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned.

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
