Requirements: 2+ years experience supervising food sanitation teams / Experience in food production operations or manufacturingWhat You Will Be Doing- Supervises sanitation teams in tear down and detailed cleaning of all production equipment
- Maintain production facility (production floor, warehouse, and dock) at an impeccable level of cleanliness
- Work with other teams in facility to perform all operations of food production facility including a variety of duties related to production
- Stock and sanitize production floor daily
- Clean dishes and machine parts
- Organize carts and dish areas
- Cleaning and Organization of all Coolers and Freezers
- Ensure warehouse is swept dailyWhat You Need for this Position- 2+ years experience supervising production staff
- Experience in food production manufacturing
- Prior experience supervising a team of employees, scheduling, and conducting station check outs is required
- Mathematical Skills
