- Product characterization: define, measure, analyze and document product performance data.
- Possible production ATE support: work with test engineers to define, develop and ramp production ATE solutions.

- Hands on experience of RF measurement equipment to validate performance of CMOS RF ICs, such as NF, phase noise, IP3, IP2, matching using smith charts, time domain measurements etc.
- Solid understanding of basic circuit theory
- Proficiency with general lab equipment such as: power supplies, o-scopes, multi-meters, spectrum analyzers
- Familiarity with RF test topics such as: 1 dB compression, smith charts, s-parameters, noise figure, power, pulsed power, harmonics, etc.
- Good software programming skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strength in documentation clarity and completeness
- Cooperative team member with a strong sense of urgency to meet product requirements on schedule
- Willingness to go beyond what's required
- Current student in an accredited Bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineer, Computer Engineering or equivalent, preferably with completing 3+ year; or MSEE candidate
