Are you the star Advisor at your company but no place to move upward? Are you a star Service Manager but no place to move upward? Are you tired of managing 30-100 employees ... especially since Covid ... and thought I might just go back to being a Service Advisor but don't want the ASM paycheck so you keep sticking it out. We regularly write more than 100 CP RO's per day, but are having a serious growth spurt that will put us in the 150's in short order. We now have the advisor count but now need an additional drive manager to keep our Sales per RO & CSI highest in the District. Currently have 3 SDM's (1-ex Svc Dir, & 2 ex Senior Advisors).   • Great at selling needed services and repairs while again (nothing more or less than what is needed on a vehicle) - maintaining the highest CSI scores in the area!

  • Can manage the 2-3 Service Advisors, their customer issues, and the MPI selling on these RO's!

Physical Requirements
  • The physical requirements of the position are MEDIUM in intensity.
  • Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.
  • Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.
  • Constant – Reaching, sitting, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing.
  • Frequent – Repetitive motion.
  • Occasional – Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting 50 – 100lbs (with lifting assistance)
Physical Working Conditions
  • This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to: temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with operating and auto dealership.
