At P&T, we like being different and we strive to stand out in the best way possible.JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Candidates must possess the ability to multi-task, problem solve, learn in a quick fashion, communicates in an effective and clear manner, provides a high level of customer service to clients, vendors, and team members.Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and housekeepingMaintain a clean and safe work areaWork cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goalsResponsible for batching materials with quality controlResponsible for the transfer bulk raw materials from storage tanks into production tanksVerify batch card matches the label/printerSet up scale for production runPour accurately finished product into box to be stored for shipmentRead batch cards to pull raw material for making new batches.Stack and wrap product safelyAble to safely operate a forkliftClean of bulk tankersProduction processing according to specificationsTeam oriented; job may include more duties than what is listedQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalentMechanical aptitude and ability are essential1-3 years of production/warehouse experienceForklift Certification and experience a mustMust possess a valid driver’s license that meets companies’ insurability requirements.Ability to lift 75 pounds and climb laddersPHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
