With a focus on fostering seamless communication between teams, they seek a diligent HubSpot Administrator Virtual Assistant to support their operations efficiently.The HubSpot Administrator Virtual Assistant will play a pivotal role in configuring and maintaining HubSpot operations for our client. The ideal candidate should exhibit exceptional communication skills, ensuring smooth interaction with internal staff members. Training will be provided during EST business hours over a month-long period.Responsibilities
  • Setup and configuration of HubSpot for optimal performance.
  • Management of two separate HubSpot portals catering to distinct brands.
  • Maintenance of CRM health and data cleanup.
  • Implementation of workflow automation processes.
  • Generation and distribution of reports to executive stakeholders.
  • Proficient utilization of Supered and Learnupon tools, with training provided.
  • Support and training of approximately 50 users live and via documentation, videos, etc.
  • Potential data migration tasks from one CRM platform to another.
  • Familiarity with creating and managing custom objects within HubSpot.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure smooth HubSpot operations.
Requirements
  • Prior experience with enterprise-level HubSpot configuration and management.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Supered, LearnUpon, and seamless.ai.
  • Familiarity with Crelate or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
  • Experience with major CRM software platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to adhere to a fixed schedule spanning 8 AM to 8 PM EST, subject to client's determination.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to training schedules in the EST timezone.
  • Capability to create and manage a Microsoft account.
Requirements
  • Candidates with previous experience in CRM or ATS management, or employment within staffing agencies, will be considered, even without specific HubSpot experience.
