As a Physical Disabilities Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students with physical disabilities in Tower Hamlets. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to their academic and personal development.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with physical disabilities, assisting with personal care needs and adapting support strategies as required.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to implement personalized support plans and accommodations.
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities, promoting their independence and confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour, communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Potential to secure a permanent contract based on performance and suitability
