- Manage multiple clients through various stages of iSolved Benefits Implementation and ACA services, ensuring that customer's data is configured accurately.
- Participates in mid-market weekly client calls as needed.
- Processes a variety of benefit plan information (medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD supplemental, retirement, FSA) for the purpose of ensuring plans are established and built according to client summary plan descriptions, eligibility and termination rules.
- Manages project plans to ensure project deliverables and customer launch dates are met.
- Partners with other MP teams to ensure all customer needs are delivered through an integrated implementation approach, including employee data, payroll, time and attendance and HR business processes.
- Research, analyze and troubleshoot questions regarding benefits and ACA.
- Work with third parties to establish carrier connections.
- Partner with PayKonnect to establish and implement 401K feeds.
- Monitors the implementation process for potential issues and escalates issues as needed to ensure the customer's needs are met and the implementation process schedule is maintained.
- Prepares customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering iSolved system training as part of the Implementation process.
- Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the Payroll Implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance our technical capability.
- Builds solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources.
- Mentors and trains Benefit Implementation Specialists and other team members on the benefit process.
- Keep abreast of changes and enhancements of the iSolved software to best service client interests.
- Responsible and accountable for all aspects of quality service to clients
- Provide pre-sales support to sales team as necessary.
- Cross trains on all iSolved services.
- Provides training to new and current clients. Provides recommendations to clients as to how they can best use Isolved.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration coupled with some experience in payroll.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent education/business experience.
- Software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and capabilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
