- Oversee the end-to-end creative process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to meet project requirements.
- Maintain a pulse on industry trends and best practices in design and visual communication.
- Bring out of the box ideas and assist with the execution of those ideas.
- Work closely with label managers, A&R, artists, and management to develop and enhance the artist’s visual brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across various platforms.
- Work closely with marketing, A&R, and other departments to develop comprehensive creative briefs.
- Provide creative direction for promotional materials, merch, visual content and other artwork.
- Work with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to execute creative concepts.
- 3+ years’ professional experience in the digital marketing and/or creative space, with a focus on content creation.
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- An in-depth understanding of social media platforms, industry trends, new technologies and digital music services
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in a creative role within the music or entertainment industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and successful campaigns.
- Passion for music and a deep understanding of various music genres.
- Solution-based mentality with a willingness to learn.
- A broad understanding and appreciation of music genres as well as awareness of trending other entertainment industry sectors – film, TV, tech, gaming, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field.
