- Keep track of settlements with contractors (B2B, individual entrepreneurs, individuals)
- Calculation of additional accruals and deductions (loans, travel compensation, fitness reimbursement, etc.)
- Prepare invoices, discuss and agree on amounts with contractors
- Conduct analysis of accounts payable, monitor compliance with payment deadlines
- Reconcile debts with contractors, participate in the annual inventory of settlements
- Communicate with and process requests from third-party services for working with new contractors
- Manage the asset section (registration of arrivals, departures, control over movement)
- VAT control (check applied rates on a monthly basis and update directories)
- Participate in process automation (needs analysis, task setting, verification of data)
- Higher education in the field of finance and/or accounting
- 3+ years of work experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Word, Google Sheets
- Work experience in 1C (preferably Holding Managementor or 1C:ERP)
- Upper Intermediate level of English or higher
- Strong oral and written communication skills
