PHA- CLINICAL DATA & QUALITY ANALYST-PARTICIPATION TRAINING PROGRAM

- This is a training program is M-F, 8A-5P; and has a living stipend.
- 40 hours per week - 1,700 total hours (approximately 42.5 weeks)
- The total program stipend: $31,450 (remote learning & on-site in-person internship)
- $18.50 per hour equivalent (paid as a living stipend)
- Eligible for monthly $600 benefits reimbursements (Participant cost only) - some restrictions apply
- Hybrid course format combines self-learning exercises with instructor-led, on-demand virtual modules
- Identifies client issues
- Maintain user profiles in the clinical applications as needed
- Assist in the preparation of written reports regarding progress of clinical IT project implementations including but not limited to progress, barriers
- Work cross functionally and coordinate with others internally or externally to gather information
- Mine data and/or information to identify inconsistencies, trends, other information needed, (e.g., develop and/or run data queries)
- Mine claims and case management software for data to assist in the development of preventive care programming determine outcomes of implemented programs
- Works with some guidance
- Support the analysis of quality auditing findings as it relates to business process information (e.g., metrics.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Participants must live within 30min-45min from the Service site location of Oregon City, OR
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident/Green Card holder (not open to non-citizens or Visa holders)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is beneficial for this role
- Must be able to pass a national criminal background check successfully.
