- Responsible for the overall product vision and metrics (e.g., objectives & key results (OKRs) fulfillment of the applications being delivered
- Serve as a main digital business liaison with existing (and potential) strategic vendor partners to understand (and influence) roadmaps to aid our digital experiences
- Manage a team of multiple Product Managers, Product Owners & Product Analysts jointly focused on the product roadmap and delivery for the digital guest journey within our native apps
- Collaborate with senior leaders to build a shared digital vision across the enterprise by building a product roadmap which will align with both the go-to-market strategy for the company & with business program leadership
- Partner with Technology & Product leadership to align on goals, metrics, and success criteria for new and existing experiences
- Advise on significant digital innovations which could improve existing business capabilities & experiences or accelerate the creation of new capabilities & experiences
- Stay informed of consumer, technology, and digital commerce trends in order to identify new markets and inform future strategy and prioritization in order to drive incremental sales & increase guest satisfaction
- Serve as an advocate and thought leader for technology and product within the company, while championing a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build, grow and support Product Managers, Product Owners and Product Analysts through hiring, coaching (Knowledge Transfer), mentoring, and giving feedback
- Drive products to achieve success metrics on an ongoing basis throughout the product lifecycle by analyzing and solving the problems of your targeted end users.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of digital technology or digital product leadership experience
- Demonstrated passion for, and the ability to drive, innovation & emerging digital tech
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in order to understand our rapidly evolving product, business, intellectual property, and guest needs
- Experience successfully creating and executing against product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that achieve goals and outcomes
- Experience evaluating technology solutions for fit and viability against use cases, as well as evaluating the companies for viability
- Exceptional at working with and analyzing user metrics and turning them into actionable insights, including the use of A/B testing and analytics platforms.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically while being equally comfortable with long term planning and day-to-day progress tracking and execution
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence peer leaders & align the organization on complex decisions
- Strong leadership skills and the proven ability to drive organizational change
- Active coach and mentor whose goals are to grow and maximize the teams potential
- Ability to influence people over whom you do not have direct authority
