- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Manage compensation programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Experience leading recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
