Job Description:As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will play a key role in supporting the company's strategic objectives and promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Manage compensation programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience leading recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
