• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Report for duty on time
• Taking customer orders and accurately entering them into the system
• Assisting with food and beverage preparation
• Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Maintain dining and facilities in good and beverage offering
• Product knowledge of all shelve display, food and beverage
• Clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Help cleaning plates on assign areas and maintain clean at all times
• Handling customer complaints and resolving them in a professional manner
• Assume responsibility beyond individual roles
• Work as a team and be attentive to details
• Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed
• Shifting schedules (Day shift , Mid shift and Night Shift)
• Willing to assign at NAIA Terminal 1 or 3
• Other task that may be assign from to time
