Project will begin on May 1st and last 30 weeks

General Job Description:The Planner position prepares complete estimates for assigned project(s) and determines project plans and specifications. This role will be responsible for taking photos and verifying that equipment information in the field is matching what is in the system.Functional Requirements:Reviews and incorporates historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and man-hour figures, Estimates worker-hours and materials required to complete the job, Reviews specifications, drawings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate, Prepares estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work, Maintains files of working documents and back-up for estimate figures, Follows contracts as assigned - may include estimating extra work items, change orders, credits, procuring material, etc., Perform additional assignments per supervisor's directionQualification Standards:
High school or equivalent
SAP experience needed
Minimum four (4) years to five (5) years of field experience and/or education in construction technology
Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
Able to plan job tasks and job durations into a work schedule
May require Turner qualifications for proprietary software
