- 3+ years of experience in fluid power applications, particularly in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience in industrial sales
- Proven ability with a documented personal sales process
- Proficiency in writing and deploying proposals and client presentations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Mechanical, electrical, and programmable controllers experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet customer needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

- Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with decision makers and necessary influencers

- Interact daily with customer prospects through various communication channels (i.e., email, phone, and in person)
- Leverage existing and new relationships to successfully acquire new customers
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Shop, C-Suite, and Engineering
- Work closely with internal resources to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Consistently update and maintain sales opportunities in our CRM system
- Create persuasive proposals and deliver impactful presentations to customers and prospective clients
- Develop and submit a well-structured and approved monthly business plan
