Position: Customer Service Executive (CSE) / Customer Service Manager (CSM) - Casa (Current Accounts and Savings Accounts) and Insurance Sales in the Open Market. Location: Panchkula, Ambala, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra (Haryana, India). Job Description As a Customer Service Executive or Manager, your primary responsibilities will revolve around customer service and sales within the banking (Casa) and insurance sectors. You will be engaging with customers, handling inquiries, providing assistance with banking products (like current accounts and savings accounts), and potentially offering insurance products. The role involves interacting directly with customers to address their needs, resolve issues, and promote relevant financial products. Salary & Benefits Competitive compensation package with a salary of up to 4 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum), depending on experience and qualifications. Qualifications And Skills This opportunity is suitable for freshers or individuals with entry-level experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
