Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and talented Architect to join our team at Sahanas Creations. As an Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including apartments, villas, resorts, hotels, institutions, corporate offices, and factory offices. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience as an Architect. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture IS MUST PREFERENCE FOR INTERIOR FIELD IS PREFERED 1 to 3 years of experience as an Architect Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Roles And Responsibilities Design and develop architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documents Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project feasibility and progress Provide creative and innovative design ideas that meet client requirements and budget constraints Prepare and present design proposals and technical reports to clients Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and specifications Review and evaluate project specifications, materials, and construction methods Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design and technology.
