Join our Early Childhood Services in Cambridge /Somerville as a Social Worker in our Early Intervention program!Our interdisciplinary team supports families with children (0-3 years) who have or are at risk for developmental delays or disorders with a dyadic relationship-based approach. We practice cultural humility as we develop relationships with families, and grow in our understanding of their values, beliefs, priorities, routines, sources of stress, goals and intervention needs.Our over-arching goal is to strengthen co-regulation, mutual enjoyment, and the social-emotional well-being of children and their caregivers, while attending to specific delays and challenges, through parent support, coaching and education, and, as needed, direct work with children.We are committed to clinical excellence, collaboration, and the process of continual learning.
