We are looking for a motivated inside sales representative to join our sales team. The key job responsibilities of ISR are as follows. Monthly mapping of equipment sold to the allocated customers in the region. Identify new business opportunities through various internal and external sources. Regular interaction with the field team members to review the leads and opportunities. Day-to-day work in CRM to manage your sales pipeline. Spare part sales support for customers to keep the correct level of spare parts in stock and to ensure that all repairs and PMs are done including Maintenance kits with the target of 1:1 coverage. Plan and execute the transformation plan of customers from reactive repairs to ToolCover Products demonstrating the benefits. Support customers to keep the correct level of spare parts in stock. To ensure that all repairs and PMs are done including Maintenance kits. Prepare & manage database of PM schedule, Calibration schedule for tools & quality assurance products. Maintain regular contact with the complete customer base. Carry out tele-sales, mailer campaigns & generate leads for aftermarket. Work closely with our Field sales team & provide support to promote Easy start, ToolCover, spare parts, and training products. Aftermarket sales activities with untapped customer Target at least one chargeable service intervention per annum with genuine Atlas Copco parts with every customer Increase the sales of service kits. oil kits & vane kits for pneumatic tools Provide required service sales support to Certified Service Partners Key deliverables Revenue target Qualitative target Receivables and Overdues Customer Satisfaction Generation of new business opportunities No of quotes and its conversion Mapping of Installed base for Service Business Monthly Reporting on the Sales Activity Adherence to Business Code of Practice To suceed you will need : Personality requirements We are looking for a Topflight candidate who is: Collaborative: You promote proactive relationships with customers, as well as your internal stakeholders. You have good problem-solving skills and find innovative solutions that builds a stronger customer relationship. Your actions target long term growth, and you strive for excellence in term. Knowledge, Experience and skills requirements 1-2 years of experience in selling the products/solutions to customers. Strong communication skills with fluency in English both oral and written.
