- Working together with the countries Payroll departments and communicating the needs of the department to the developers.
- Ensuring successful execution of projects and meeting of milestones.
- Continuous improvement of the quality and content of existing EY services in line with the defined development concept.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of the payroll workflow-based document management software.
- Monitor and oversee automation opportunities and solutions.
o Developing reports and analyses.
- Preparing of internally developed applications.
- Supporting the work of the countries Payroll departments through application development, queries, reports, analysis.
- Coordinate and test internal software upgrades, process and forward the documentation received, train the colleagues of the partner departments.
- Standardizing the payroll processes, developing standards, and assisting with related issues.
- General testing of internal applications.
- Creation and modification of various reports on a client-specific basis, in the format and by the deadline specified by the client or immediate supervisor.
- Advanced SQL programming skills (minimum 3 years of experience)
- Knowledge of other programming languages (.Net, VBA, etc.)
- Proficient in PowerApps, SharePoint, SQL, .Net, Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office.
- Basic knowledge in any ERP systems' Finance module and Finance processes, especially Nexon and any pre-agreed potential other payroll gross-to-net software
- Workflow-based document management systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of Nexon payroll software from a technological perspective is a plus.
