Job Description:As a Real Estate Project Manager of Network Real Estate and Regulatory, you will play a vital role in supporting wireless real estate activities in the dynamic SoCal market. Your responsibilities will include delivering real estate entitlements to facilitate network enhancements, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, negotiating contracts, problem-solving, implementing best practices, and overseeing project management. You will collaborate closely with key business partners to understand their priorities, address their challenges, and deliver effective solutions to enhance project success. Additionally, you will manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives, support the Real Estate Pipeline for network modifications projects, and handle ongoing real estate and property management matters.Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendors during the real estate process for site modification programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory approval requirements.
  • Interface with stakeholders including landlords, vendors, community officials, and legal counsel.
  • Maintain database systems and generate reports.
  • Oversee the end-to-end real estate process through construction handoff.
  • Collaborate with Network Implementation teams to resolve on-site challenges hindering network activations.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors such as Architectural & Engineering firms and general contractors on project design and priorities.
  • Host routine planning and working sessions with critical vendors and internal stakeholders to review project scopes.
  • Resolve property management and landlord/tenant disputes.
  • Provide administrative functional support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or five or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple small-scale projects to completion.
  • Advanced knowledge in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specs, and building codes.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to create and work in multiple project trackers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in wireless site acquisition.
  • Experience dealing with property management issues and disputes.
  • Familiarity with Verizon tools such as Fuze.
Additional Information:
  • This is not a remote position. The candidate must be local to Southern California and report to the Verizon office in Irvine at least three days a week.
