Final Estimates Specialist

- Perform QC reviews for CEI Construction contract
- Review active and closed pay items for accuracy
- Review time and money performance metrics
- Review supplemental agreements and work orders
- Review project related documentation and outstanding claims analysis
- Perform other duties as needed
- Minimum of 4 years of CEI experience having performed/assisted in project related duties (i.e., Materials Acceptance and Certification (MAC) system input, progress and final estimates, EEO compliance, processing construction contract changes, etc.)
- CTQP Final Estimates Level 1 and 2
- Ability to work within a team of professionals
- Understanding of construction plans and FDOT project specifications
- Understanding of construction contract pay item tracking
- Roadway and bridge construction inspection field knowledge
- Understanding of FDOT computer programs necessary to perform those duties
- 3 years contract related experience; advanced degree or contract certification program may substitute for years of experience
- Professional, self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented with the flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with minimal management oversight
- Excellent writing and people skills
- Strong math and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
