- The Systems Programmer will be responsible to install, maintain, and upgrade IBM and 3rd Party products in a mainframe z/OS environment using SMP/E and zOSMF. ***Ability to conduct strong engagements with corporate partners and vendors is essential.***
- Coordinates across support teams to quickly resolve Incidents and disruptions to technology services, performs root cause analysis, and takes preventative measures.
- Proactively identifies and addresses vulnerabilities across the technology environment
- Work with vendors on hardware and software fixes
- Works with application development and support teams to assist in delivery of solutions.
