- Develop release plans and cycles, coordinating release content across scrum teams or within a portfolio.
- Continuously monitor and measure project/application release lifecycle.
- Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines and associated processes.
- Monitor outcomes of test automation suites, providing critical input to the testing team for improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and promote best practices, including business stakeholders.
- Embed continuous improvement into process and tools frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage non-production infrastructure and environments.
- Develop run books and implementation plans, and conduct release readiness reviews.
- Coordinate Go-Live activities including the execution of deployment plans and checklists.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to discuss release scope and address roadblocks.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience in stakeholder and program management.
- Strong technical capability in building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in scripting and debugging.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and their adoption.
- Effective business communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in release management or related roles.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
