Internally, you will provide excellent detail-oriented customer service to our Order Winning, Operations, Project Management, Engineering and Finance teams.How You'll Make an Impact

Process purchase requests by creating, reviewing, and releasing purchase orders to suppliers in line with governance requirements.
Purchase order management, including tracking/expediting to ensure a cost-efficient supply of materials in line with demand.
Negotiation and awarding of work packages in line with company guidelines.
Support Order Winning enquiries in an efficient manner by providing cost effective executable quotations from qualified suppliers.
Coordinate with suppliers to meet operational/customer requirements through clear communication & escalate any risks in execution to relevant stakeholders.
Develop relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
Monitor supplier delivery, quality, cost, responsiveness as required and address performance issues with suppliers as necessary.
Demonstrate strong customer focus by handling requests in a timely manner & to a high standard.
Market assessment and identification of new relevant suppliers
Actively seek process optimization and improvement opportunities in relevant areas.
Comply with Company policies at all times, for example, Business Conduct Guidelines and Confidential Information.
Generates, documents, and implements savings measures; monitors and reports relevant KPI
Drives early procurement / supplier involvement and cost-out activities
Identifies procurement risks and opportunities and implement respective measures

What You Bring

A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Business, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
A minimum of 2 years of experience required within Procurement & Supply Chain.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Skilled in Microsoft office products (Power Point, Word and Excel).
Experience with SAP is desirable.
Must be customer focused and a collaborative team player.
Possess the ability to assess priorities, demonstrate flexibility and understand sense of urgency.
Self-motivated, detail oriented, demonstrate problem solving abilities, decision-making, and continuous improvement skills.
