Internally, you will provide excellent detail-oriented customer service to our Order Winning, Operations, Project Management, Engineering and Finance teams.How You'll Make an Impact
  • Process purchase requests by creating, reviewing, and releasing purchase orders to suppliers in line with governance requirements.
  • Purchase order management, including tracking/expediting to ensure a cost-efficient supply of materials in line with demand.
  • Negotiation and awarding of work packages in line with company guidelines.
  • Support Order Winning enquiries in an efficient manner by providing cost effective executable quotations from qualified suppliers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to meet operational/customer requirements through clear communication & escalate any risks in execution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor supplier delivery, quality, cost, responsiveness as required and address performance issues with suppliers as necessary.
  • Demonstrate strong customer focus by handling requests in a timely manner & to a high standard.
  • Market assessment and identification of new relevant suppliers
  • Actively seek process optimization and improvement opportunities in relevant areas.
  • Comply with Company policies at all times, for example, Business Conduct Guidelines and Confidential Information.
  • Generates, documents, and implements savings measures; monitors and reports relevant KPI
  • Drives early procurement / supplier involvement and cost-out activities
  • Identifies procurement risks and opportunities and implement respective measures
What You Bring
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Business, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience required within Procurement & Supply Chain.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft office products (Power Point, Word and Excel).
  • Experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Must be customer focused and a collaborative team player.
  • Possess the ability to assess priorities, demonstrate flexibility and understand sense of urgency.
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, demonstrate problem solving abilities, decision-making, and continuous improvement skills.
