- Act in good faith and in the best interests of the company
- Direct all operational aspects of the Center, and properly manage Center Associates
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by surveying customers and making adjustments to constantly improve the customer experience based on their feedback
- Proactively create selling opportunities
- Build & maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor students' progress and provide students and teachers with assistance in resolving any problems
- Review and evaluate new and current classes offered in the center to determine their efficiency and effectiveness Initiate and coordinate center events
- Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- Perform general office duties, such as maintaining records management database systems, and filing company documents

- Bachelor Degree is required, Master/Doctoral Degree of USA universities is preferred
