- Increase marketing-qualified leads for existing client cross-selling and net new campaigns
- Responsible for the overall success of ABM and cross-sell campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales to create customized marketing emails/strategies for target accounts
- Track and measure KPIs and effectiveness of ABM and cross-sell initiatives
- Optimize marketing automation (HubSpot) and lead nurturing through email and sequencing
- Monitor, track, and communicate campaign performance, from leads through opportunities and closed deals
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a marketing-related field preferred; equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, marketing automation/lead generation or sales for B2B or B2G
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with digital content/campaign development tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), as well as lead generation in a B2B environment
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in ConnectWise, Salesforce, or a similar CRM tool
- Proven ability to manage/execute concurrent projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Energetic, results-oriented approach with a strong sense of accountability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
