- Presentation of options for repair or replacement.
- Confirmation that repairs were successful.
- Proper usage of technology to record work performed.
- Informing and educating customers on the range of products and services that can improve the comfort, health, and safety of their homes and equipment.
- Ensuring that customers understand the work performed and are happy with the service received.
- Occasionally assist the install department on changeouts or additions.
- Pass a drug and background screen.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- EPA certified.
- Willing to conform to company standards, procedures, and policies.
- Nate Certification is preferred.
