- 3-5 years of direct business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the construction or building services industry.
- Advanced knowledge of the targeted NY/Long Island territory and its market dynamics.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
