- Ensisijaisiin työtehtäviisi kuuluu varaosatarjousten ja -suositusten laatiminen paikallisen asiantuntijatiimimme tukemana.
- Asiakkaan tukeminen koko prosessin ajan
- Varaosien oikeaoppinen tunnistaminen
- Koordinointi ja yhteistyö teknisen tuen, suunnittelun, myynnin, oston, varaston ja logistiikan kanssa
- Seurata tavoitteiden edistymistä ja varmistaa, että myyntitavoitteet ja KPI:t saavutetaan
- Varaosien myyntiin liittyvän prosessin jatkuva parantaminen ja kehittäminen
- Soveltuvaa teknisen- tai kaupallisen alan koulutusta
- Ymmärrys laivanrakennus- tai konepajateollisuudesta, sekä piirustusten lukutaito ja aikaisempi kokemus kansainvälisestä kaupasta katsotaan eduksi
- Hyvää englannin kielen taitoa
- Reipasta ja oma-aloitteista otetta työhön
- Hyviä viestintä-, yhteistyö- ja vuorovaikutustaitoja
- Kykyä itsenäiseen työskentelyyn
- Ongelmanratkaisutaitoja, paineensietokykyä ja joustavuutta

In this role you will be a part of Thruster Spare Part Sales team for Global Customer Support.Responsibilities
- Preparing spare part quotations based on customer inquiries and our technical recommendations
- Supporting customer through the whole process
- Identifications of spare parts
- Coordination and co-operation with technical departments, customer support, sales, supply chain, warehouse and logistics
- Monitoring progress in achieving goals and ensure that sales targets and KPI's are met
- Collaborate with Spare Part Sales Teams
- Continuous improvement and development of the process related to the sale of spare parts
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field
- An understanding of the shipbuilding or engineering industry, as well as the ability to read drawings and previous experience in international trade is considered an advantage
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Work effectively under pressure and deal with ambiguity and change
- Understand the client's needs, identify solutions required by the client and prepare an appropriate offer
- Exercise judgement and act on own initiative
- Communicate in a clear, precise and structured way
