- Manage budgets ensuring efficiency and ROI.
- Provide expertise and recommendations on integrating strategies with broader digital marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager.
- Deep understanding of Facebook’s advertising ecosystem, including ad formats, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Proficient in analyzing Facebook advertising data and translating insights into actionable campaign improvements.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a proven ability to solve problems and adjust strategies in real-time.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams, and with clients.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with other Meta platforms and ad tools (Instagram, WhatsApp) is advantageous.
- Certifications in Facebook Blueprint or other digital marketing qualifications.
