Job DescriptionJob Title:Industrial Sales RepresentativeJob Category:Department/Group:Position Type:Location:Carolina, Puerto RicoReports to:Job DescriptionOverview: As an Industrial Sales Representative of Mobil 1 Lubricants, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling industrial lubricant products to various manufacturing and industrial clients. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their lubrication needs, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • New Business Development: Identify potential clients within the industrial sector and develop strategies to engage and convert them into customers. This may involve cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and conducting market research.
  • Product Promotion and Sales: Educate clients about the benefits and features of various industrial lubricant products. Recommend appropriate solutions based on clients' specific requirements and budget constraints. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to secure sales.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and assistance to clients regarding product selection, application, and usage. Address any concerns or issues raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to industrial lubricants. Use this information to adjust sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in industrial sales (preferably) or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients.
