- Set up banquet room as instructed by the Banquets Manager/Captain to include linen, service ware and glassware.
- Attend pre-shift meetings before events to learn function particulars, including guest and hotel expectations, guest counts, menu offerings, VIPS and all other pertinent information
- Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner. Serve the food and/or beverage according to the steps of service that the Banquet Manager/Captain communicates for the function to ensure consistency in the order throughout the banquet. Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal at the end of the meal or function.
- Replenish beverages as necessary, and check with guests for overall satisfaction. Practice "Teamwork"
