If you're passionate about making a difference in healthcare, we want you on our team.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payor Contract Coordinator to join our Payor Contracting team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our organization and payors, ensuring seamless communication, accurate documentation, and efficient workflow. Your contributions will be instrumental in supporting managed care contracting initiatives and driving operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between payors and internal Duly teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Draft and maintain trackers to support Payor Contracting work across multiple markets, ensuring timely flow of information between Analytics, Legal, and Payors.
  • Obtain and maintain select information from payors, including annual Fee For Service rates, and ensure accurate documentation in Payor Contract files including Ntracts.
  • Collaborate with Payors and Marketing to update public-facing Payor information across all markets, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support Payor Contracting initiatives, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Review and communicate key Payor Contract information to operational areas, including Epic and Clinical Operations teams, to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Schedule and attend internal and external meetings related to Payor Contracting, providing support and coordination as needed.
QualificationsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in payor contracting, payor operations, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data of different formats, leveraging insights to support decision-making.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics and payor operations/contracting.
  • Experience managing projects and maintaining trackers and work plans.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong problem-solving skills.
