- Drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance software engineering processes and practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and exceed customer expectations.
- Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge in the market.
- Engage with senior leadership to provide strategic insights and recommendations on technology trends, market developments, and opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Act as a key liaison between the software engineering team and Product team, advocating for the team's needs and ensuring alignment with business priorities, thereby offering exposure to policymakers and market leaders while facilitating a global perspective on the role.
- Bachelor's /master's degree in computer science or equivalent with 8-10+ years of relevant experience
- Develop new modules/components and enhance existing functionality to high standards. Adhere to best practices that enhance user experience, usability, scalability, performance, and security.
- Good knowledge of OOPS, C#, ASP.NET 3.5/4.0/4.5, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server 2012-17, Ajax, Webservices.
- Knowledge of MVC 4/5, Multilingual, XML and XSLT, 3-tier architecture
- Strong JavaScript skills with good knowledge of jQuery
- Knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
- Good understanding of Websites and Web applications
- Good Knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ and REST APIs
- Knowledge of TFS, GIT, JIRA
- The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of actively contributing to the implementation of innovative, best-practice-based, technical solutions in a complex and challenging environment.
- Experience working in cloud technologies especially AWS
- Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies like Ex: Scrum and industry best practices.
- Thorough understanding of fundamental software engineering and computer science principles: object-oriented design, databases, algorithms, data structures, usability, refactoring, debugging, and configuration management.
- Excellent design and problem-solving skills and disciplined, engineering-oriented mind set.
- The ability to perform independent research and generate new ideas will be a plus
- Good Knowledge of TFS/GIT

- Experience in implementing and cloud deploying techniques on Docker and Kubernetes
