- Represent clients in one of the following areas business law, personal injury, family law, crim law, bankruptcy, real estate, employment litigation, government legal services, workers compensation or estate planning.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare and present cases effectively.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
- Provide counsel to clients on legal matters and guide them through the litigation process.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in the state with 7+ years of experience in one of the following areas business law, personal injury, family law, crim law, bankruptcy, real estate, employment litigation, government legal services, workers compensation or estate planning.
- Experience in multiple areas preferred.
- Must has a book of business.
- Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation strategies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
