- Provide leadership and supervision to the IT team, including IT technicians and support staff, to ensure the timely and effective delivery of IT services and support.
- Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to promote data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
- Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations, from planning and implementation to post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders and staff to assess IT needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics, such as uptime, response times, and service levels, to identify trends, address issues, and optimize IT infrastructure and resources.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment, software licenses, and support services, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet organizational requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, conducting training sessions, and creating user documentation as needed.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in healthcare IT to advise leadership on strategic IT initiatives and investments.

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field required; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, etc.) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and administration, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong technical expertise in networking, system administration, and cybersecurity, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare IT requirements, including HIPAA compliance and Meaningful Use standards, strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of IT professionals.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions to IT challenges.
