- Repair equipment as needed (pumps, agitators, mechanical seals, instruments, etc.).
- Perform work per documented repair and safety procedures for critical equipment (pumps, agitators, compressors, flow meters, pressure transmitters, etc.). Provide input for needed procedure updates.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks per Preventive Maintenance program requirements.
- Provide input for Preventive Maintenance plan and procedure updates.
- Complete weekly planned work schedule.
- Escort and work with maintenance contractors (HVACR, Fork Truck, elevator, etc.).
- Ensure integrity of work order system data (i.e. ensure work orders are written and closed properly for maintenance work).
- Perform Predictive Maintenance (PdM) tasks.
- Carry out lubrication tasks per the Lubrication program.
- Properly dispose of used lubricants.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
- Experience in a multi-trade industrial maintenance position (Electrical, Mechanical, process instrumentation, General Maintenance, Plumbing, Carpentry)
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Ability to troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis
- Ability to read drawings, schematic diagrams, and instruction manuals
- Knowledge of Ohm's Law
- Familiar with NEC codes
- Knowledge of HART Protocol
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) knowledge
- High voltage electrical experience
- Basic electronics fundamental knowledge
