Job Title : Business Development ManagerOverview :We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our prestigious diamond jewelry brand. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving business growth and establishing strong partnerships within the luxury and jewelry industry. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, building relationships, and driving revenue through effective business development strategies.Responsibilities :1. Strategic Planning :- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and market share growth.- Collaborate with senior management to align business development strategies with overall company goals.2. Partnership Development :- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with key players in the jewelry industry, including retailers, distributors, and influencers.- Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial partnerships to expand the brand's reach and presence.3. Franchise Development :- Lead the franchise development initiative, identifying suitable markets and potential franchise partners.- Develop franchise models, agreements, and support systems to ensure successful and consistent brand representation.4. Legal Aspects :- Oversee legal aspects related to business operations, including contract negotiation, compliance, and intellectual property protection.- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure all business activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
