Your main responsibilities will include:
Own Compliances (Direct, Indirect, Company secretarial, etc.).
TDS, GST, advance tax PF/ESI/PT workings, reconciliation, returns and compliances.
Payroll review with payroll vendor and HR and processing.
Monthly book closure process.
Fixed Asset Register preparation, depreciation calculations, amortization, and accrual schedules.
Forex reevaluation, multi-currency bank reconciliations.
Good working knowledge of accounting standards.
Co-ordination with Company Secretary to ensure all compliances are in place.
Employee expenses review and processing.
Preparation of Financial statements and Form 3CD.
Support in Statutory, Tax and transfer pricing audits and filings.
Leading the audit and closing audit queries independently.
Basic working knowledge of financial planning and analysis.
Work closely with the Senior Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
Plan, organise and manage your own workload.MUST HAVE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSQualification - Experienced BCOM Graduate (5+)/CA qualified (1-2 years exp)/CA Inter (3-4 years exp) with good
taxation exposure/knowledge.Skills-
An organized approach and excellent time management skills.
Good understanding of accounting processes and procedures.
Good communication skills.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good with MS excel, MS Office.
A good level of English spelling and grammar.
Good numeracy skills.
Good to have working experience with CA firm.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
The ability to use your own initiative.
An analytical and logical approach to problem solving.
Motivated and ambitious.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
Able to work effectively with minimal management guidance/supervision.
