Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Tandoor Chef at The Kathi Roll Express. The Tandoor Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using a tandoor . Day-to-day tasks include marinating meats, grilling kebabs, baking Chaap ; Momos & Chicken, and monitoring cooking times and temperatures. The Tandoor Chef will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Qualifications Experience in working as a Tandoor Chef Knowledge of Indian cuisine and traditional cooking techniques Skills in marinating meats and grilling Chap Ability to bake food Items in a tandoor Understanding of cooking times and temperatures Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills
