ShareTop JobLocated in Temple, TXSalary: 50,000.00Job Title: Construction ManagerTeam Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the construction team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Sales: Proactively engage with potential clients, presenting our capabilities and securing commercial projects.Quoting: Assess project requirements and provide professional, competitive quotes to potential clients.Operational Oversights: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and quality standards.Computer Tasks: Utilize industry-specific software and general computer applications for project management, scheduling, and communications.Self-Management: Demonstrate the ability to initiate, plan, and execute tasks without direct supervision.Additional Responsibilities include:- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and approving invoices- Communicate with clients, and team members to provide updates on project status- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during constructionExperience:- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, and construction-specific software.- Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to win commercial projects.- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.- Proficient in project coordination, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.- A self-starter with a high level of initiative and drive.If you are an experienced Construction Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we want to hear from you.
