- Support all process and packaging equipment.
- Investigate and correct equipment problems.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and replace motor starters, variable frequency drives, fuses, light bulbs, circuit breakers, push buttons, electric switches, and other electrical equipment following electrical specifications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain all plant equipment through the application of sound PLC troubleshooting techniques and superior repair methodology.
- Read electrical and electronic schematics basic hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
- Collaborate with other maintenance and production team members to achieve production goals.
- Handle assigned preventive maintenance work orders and project work relating to modification, troubleshooting, and installation of equipment, plus performance of general shop maintenance assignments.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, GMP practices, and regulations.
- Observe plant safety rules and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to contribute to continuous improvement.

- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficient in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent with completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship program and/or a valid electrician license.
- Valid electrician license.
- Additional certifications in industrial electrical systems is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial electrical work with low voltage control through 480v 3-phase power or related and transferable skills.
