- Independent performance of experimental research activities in a relevant field,
- immediate escalation of identified risks to a senior position,
- LC-MS/MS analysis of barrier lipids in skin samples and skin models, or their analysis by spectroscopic methods,
- development/improvement/validation of LC-MS/MS methods for various subclasses of skin lipids, both physiological and pathological, or their synthetic analogues,
- planning experiments and coordinating them within the team and with foreign researchers,
- presentation and publication of the results achieved on an international level,
- involvement in the preparation of related national and international projects,
- participation in key project activities with emphasis on application potential.
- A researcher who is no more than 7 years beyond the award of his/her academic Ph.D. or its equivalent (ISCED level 8 equivalent) *.
- Completed university doctoral studies (Ph.D. degree) in chemical or biomedical field at a university in the Czech Republic or achieved a comparable degree at a foreign university no later than on the date of employment.
- Junior researcher H-index ≥ 3, min. 1 first-authored publication (preferably with IF ≥ 3), completed PhD studies, letter of recommendation from 2 experts in the field (at least 1 from a foreign institution), required education in the relevant field of research, grant activity is an advantage, active knowledge of English language.
- Scientific and publication activity in the field of analytical chemistry of natural substances, pharmaceuticals, nutrition supplements and food.
- Previous experience in analytical chemistry (LC-MS, especially LC-HRMS and advanced statistical data analysis) and drug metabolism is an advantage.
- Education and PhD in a science related field with biopharmaceutical research is an advantage
- Previous experience in the field of analysis, biochemistry or lipid biophysics is an advantage.
- Education and PhD in a chemical or biomedical field related to biopharmaceutical research is an advantage.
