We offer a unique compensation structure - you start off earning $35.00 - $45.00/hour, depending on experience, then transition into performance-based pay. Here are the minimum requirements:
Class D or S Connecticut journeyman license
5+ years of residential heating and air conditioning installation and maintenance experience
Ability to install, maintain, and repair equipment
Valid Connecticut driver's license and a clean driving record
