- Using new and emerging technologies, speak directly to individuals who may not be thinking about careers in construction
- Through testimonials, industry professionals, and influencers share the impact construction has on communities and individuals
- Develop engaging campaigns to diversify message reach beyond traditional audiences
- Collaborate with the director to develop a targeted action plan to reach students, parents, and educators
- Develop messaging and collaborate on media to share the benefits of careers in construction, economic opportunities, and positive social impact
- Work with other departments to ensure the execution of projects and objectives
- Refine and redeploy digital ad campaigns informed by ongoing analysis of metrics
- Work with the project leads overseeing CareerStarter and Hard Hat Heroes to ensure synergy in marketing efforts and appropriate segmentation of messaging and ads
- Manage departmental agreements, processes and procedures for partnerships with industry, education, and related associations
- Explore new partnership opportunities and act as the primary point of contact to analyze and meet partnership needs
- Collaborate with senior managers to ensure that projects are functioning smoothly across teams
- Provide in-depth knowledge of project goals and planning
- Conduct regular employee evaluations providing feedback, professional development, and guidance as deemed necessary by performance
- Oversee content across websites and promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop articles, blogs, emails, best practices, videos and press releases supporting the initiative
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
- Lead the development of scholarships with partners
- Oversee scholarship management and tracking
- Monitor and report on program success
- Manage team resources to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage monthly and annual expenses including engaging in annual budget forecasting
- Work with the director of plan future initiatives and forecast expenses
- Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or career and technical education (CTE) or recruitment experience in the construction industry
- Minimum five years' experience in digital ad strategy
- Google analytics experience required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills

- Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Ability to use WordPress or similar website management systems
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite and HTML preferred
