Senior Analyst - Investment Controlling

- Familiarization of StepStone Private Debt inhouse systems and database
- Prepare monthly/quarterly investment controlling/guidelines reports for all funds managed by the AIFM
- Prepare monthly leverage reports and quarterly stress test reports for all funds managed by the AIFM
- Ensure pre-trade compliance for loan investments
- Ensure eligibility for secondary investments
- Oversee the preparation of quarterly board packs and organization of the monthly Investment Committee and Risk Committee meetings
- Attendance and organisational support of relevant StepStone Private Debt committees
- Analyse and process business data to address ad-hoc requests
- Maintain fund specific investment guidelines within proprietary database
- Constantly identify areas for improvement
- Ensure consistent documentation of tasks, tools, processes and interfaces
- Identify cross training and coverage across the team
- Support other people within the team during absences
- Bachelor/Master degree from a top-tier college
- 1-3 years of relevant experience

- Experience with alternative investments is a positive
- Ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projections and achieve target deadlines
