Senior Operations Risk Management Associate

- Support the oversight of the ORM Minimum Standards
- Collaborate with the internal team on the design and implementation of new Operational Risk Management solutions that will mitigate current and future business risk
- Support the implementation of risk-centric change initiatives, including training and support
- Build collaborative partnerships with business partners, internal team, and leaders through the use of strong, influential communication skills
- Handle Operational Risk Management ad-hoc requests related to audit and other regulatory requirements
- Own the Power BI reporting solution, including the recommendation of reporting and dashboard improvements. Prepare data summary analysis, internal trending reports, and presentations, as needed.
- Candidate must have a demonstrated ability to create reports and dashboards in Power BI utilizing multiple types of source data. 2-3 years of hands on Power BI experience is required.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong analytical, organization, and time management skills
- Must be able to quickly absorb data and information
- Must be able to work independently
- Proven ability to work effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment
- Candidate must have excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Prior Risk or Risk Analytics experience
