- Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient during a medical crisis.
WHAT YOU DO: - Assist the doctors and technicians in various aspects of medical, surgical, and dental treatments and procedures.
- Counsel clients on various aspects of animal care, preventative health, treatment plans, and/or procedures.
- Digital radiography and digital dental x-ray.
- Accurately prepare and update medical records and reports, enter fees and charges in estimates, and accept payments (cash, check, credit, etc.) from clients.
- Aid the Client Service Representatives with answering phone calls, responding to text messages & emails, and filling prescriptions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep the hospital beautiful and organized.
